We rebuild and tune most racing engines, two stroke or four stroke,whether they be modern or classic engines.

We also rebuild crankshafts for all machines right up to the complex three and four cylinder Honda and Suzuki racers

We also take on machining and fabrication work an example being the repair of worn bearing housings in the Honda RS 125 production racer. This job is done by machining out the original bearing housings, fitting bronze bushes and line boring the crankcase to the finished size.

We also fit bronze bushes to the top of cylinders and to cylinder heads in order to stop pre igniton or detonation in racing engines.

We have been making exhaust systems for two stroke racing motorcycles since 1975 when they were made then for our own racing team who were using Yamaha TZ production racers in the 250 and 350 classes. The rider went on to win 250 cc class of the British Road Racing Championship in 1978 as well as launching his international career. Because the exhaust pipes were so successful in those early days we were often asked to make exhausts for other teams and that is how the business started.
